- How many people should be in each group?
- You can have as many people as there is space however we recommend having no more than 6 students per group of a language course since each student will need correction and teacher time. An ideal group would be between 1 and 4 students.
- How long should a class be?
- The ideal time would be 2 hours 2 or 3 times per week or 3 hours once a week for people who are very busy and can't take class most days because of meetings and trips.
- Can I have one hour classes?
- Although it is possible to have one hour classes it would be impossible to guarantee students' progress. It is important to have at least 1.5 hour classes if not 2. The 'extra' half hour allows the student to start to think in class and really practice what is being covered.
- How much time can I cancel a class?
- You can cancel a class up to 1 hour before the class starts by calling the teacher and emailing us. However it will be charged as a given class if it is canceled with less than 48 hour notice. To avoid being billed for a canceled class be sure to e-mail us 48 hours before the scheduled class time with your name, company and telepone numbers.
What books would you recommend for English courses?
The Basic levels use New Interchange, The intermediate levels use InCompany. The advanced groups are according to special need.
When can we start a course?
As soon as the details are arranged and the teacher is confirmed.

Please send us the file and we can give you a quote accordingly. Since many of the translators also teach, response time will be higher on the weekend. The time it takes to do a translation depends on its difficulty in structure as well as vocabulary. The style also will effect it. The minimum time for a translation is 24 hours when sent electronically.
